Every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements that are necessary for health reasons, but we would ask you to please take ultimate responsibility for what you or your child will eat. Meal package will be available for purchase at Gold Coast Resort. These packages must be booked in advance at the time of booking.
The Bunker Bar within the hotel offers food daily from 1230hrs to 2000hrs. A thin-n-crispy pizza menu is also available here for eat-in or takeout.
There are a couple of high chairs available, but no booster seats. Please plan to bring your own. Baby cots may be available on a limited basis. If possible, please plan to bring your own. There is ample room in most bedrooms for a travel cot. If you require baby equipment for the week, please note this in the ‘special requests’ box during the booking process.
A crèche, staffed by volunteers, will be provided during the morning sessions.
Babies and toddlers age three and under are free in all types of accommodation.
Gold Coast Resort Amenities
The Gold Coast Resort has a wide variety of leisure facilities available including a 20m swimming pool, kiddies pool, bubble pool, jacuzzi & sauna. Also available on site is a cardio fitness room, outdoor children’s playground, a full-size sports pitch and an 18 hole par 72 championship parkland golf course with unrivalled views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Those attending the conference (including campers) will have free access to all leisure facilities apart from the golf course, which will be available at a reduced rate.
Gold Coast Resort has launderette facilities at the campsite, and a washing machine within each Lodge. There is also a laundry facility onsite. If necessary, the Hotel may be able to provide a laundry service for conferees for a fee.

Volleyball, football, and other informal games will be happening on site each afternoon. Bring your own ball!
It is hoped that a variety of activities and tours will be on offer throughout the week.
Many of the afternoon activities will be designed to include all age groups. Those that are specific to adults or children will be advertised as such!
There are many different things to see and do in this area of Ireland. The newest attraction is the Deise Greenway Path, the old Dungarvan to Waterford railway line, just minutes via car or five minutes by cycling from Gold Coast Resort. Discover some spectacular sceneries along its 46km length including viaducts, a disused railway tunnel and beautiful coastline.

Departure time is 10am to allow Gold Coast Resort to welcome their next guests in the afternoon.
This conference is organised and run by those who have given up their time freely. It will not happen without help from many. If you are asked to help, please do so. Everyone will benefit, including you!
In line with the Child Protection Policy of the RPCI, most adults attending the Conference will be required to fill out a 'self-declaration' child protection form. This will be provided for you to sign at the time of registration. Those working particularly with children during the conference may be asked for further details.

There will be a first aid person on call each day, and medical help will not be far away should an emergency arise.

The goal of the Conference is to provide a setting where families, singles, couples & youth can meet together in a safe environment, and where God, above all, is glorified. We trust that all of the experiences during the week will allow conferees to keep their focus on glorifying God through praise, prayer, study, worship, relaxation and fellowship of the saints.
The morning sessions will be divided up into age-appropriate groups, and a crèche will be provided. Most of the evening gatherings will be planned in an informal way that will be inclusive of all ages.
There will be many opportunities for you to meet and fellowship with others at GoldCoast2018 as you sit together under the teaching of God’s Word, share meals together, and enjoy informal activities together.
